Home Inspection

We offer pre-drywall, general home and warranty inspections. We also offer discounts for pre-drywall, closing and warranty inspection packages.
Air Quality & Mold Testing

Lab certified reports with visual representations of the quantity of mold, individual counts of mold and air particulates. We also include pictures of the actual objects that we’ve found.
Radon Testing

Radon is formed by the natural decay of uranium in rock, soil and water. It is an odorless, colorless, tasteless and chemically inert radioactive gas. Testing for radon is the only way to know how much is present in a home.
Water Quality Testing

Water samples are collected and sent to a certified laboratory for testing. Typical turnaround time is 18-28 hours for bacteriological testing. Additional testing parameters can be added; however, results may take up to one week.
